Most of the cases, the Boss plays a favouritism towards his pet employee which has to be avoided as it can create an unhappy atmosphere in the organization. This might lead to lack of productivity and which results in loss of business for the company.

Meeting the employees face to face, open discussion, counselling, Reward system , on th spot recogniton, arranging outdoor activities, indoor as well as out door games, recreational activities should be done as to keep the employees satisfaction at high level .
