Recruitment is a transaction, we need to look at Talent acquisition.-It is no longer about filling numbers, but ‘refilling’ with better hires.-All employees aren’t equal- the talented employees are often 5-6 times more productive than mediocre performers-and it is imperative to treat them differently.

Employee Relation
Treating employees fairly is usually a motto of most successful businesses.Human Resources team plays the major role . In today's scenario, employees are treated as valuable assets and keeping an eye on this, the HR department is focussing more on employee satisfaction.
Maintaining the discrimination within the employees , and being unbiased can improve the performance level and productivity of employees. Most of the cases, the Boss plays a favouritism towards his pet employee which has to be avoided as it can create an unhappy atmosphere in the organization. This might lead to lack of productivity and which results in loss of business for the company.
Few things like:
Meeting the employees face to face, open discussion, counselling, Reward system , on th spot recogniton, arranging outdoor activities, indoor as well as out door games, recreational activities should be done as to keep the employees satisfaction at high level .
Open door policy is the new trend which is practised by most of the organizations today.
Fairness is good business.Keep the rules the same, for all employees, and watch your staff morale and business profits soar.
